Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi is an easy to learn and accessible form of Qigong.

You will be introduced to Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi Level 1. Practiced consistently qigong can help improve balance, co-ordination, strength, and flexibility. Many students find that practicing qigong is calming and a great way to manage stress.  

Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi can stand alone as a daily practice or complement your yoga, meditation and spiritual rituals.

This form of Qigong can be practiced standing or seated.
