Yoga For Anxiety Workshop
Learn how to use simple and effective practices of yoga in your daily life to reduce stress and manage anxiety so that you can have a more joyful experience of life.
You will learn how yoga breathing, movement and relaxation practices can help to balance the nervous system, and enhance your well-being.
The sessions will be experiential along with discussion to help support you in developing a home practice that is meaningful to you.
