You will learn how yoga breathing, movement and relaxation practices can help to balance the nervous system, and enhance your well-being.

Learn how to use simple and effective practices of yoga in your daily life to reduce stress and manage anxiety so that you can have a more joyful experience of life. 

The sessions will be experiential along with discussion to help support you in developing a home practice that is meaningful to you.

Please bring a notebook.
2 hour workshop $45.00 
Additonal 1 hour private session $115.00 inclusive of workshop fee.

Cancellation Policy

  • No refunds
  • Please allow a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to avoid being charged for your workshop/training or event.
  • All cancellations without 48 hours’ notice will be charged full fee.
  • We understand that some circumstances are extenuating and will waive this fee with suitable proof of circumstances relating to illness, injury and emergencies.
  • If the weather is not suitable for travel or other unforeseeable circumstances result in the workshop/training/session or event cancellation, you will be notified of cancellation by phone or email.
